A chocolate tort with an apricot glaze. My uncle and I made this.
Amazing cinnamon rolls I make.


This was my cousin's wedding cake. It was six tiers with fondant.
This was done for a 50th wedding anniversary. The cake was accompanied by two sheet cakes. The main cake was three tiers with butter cream and fondant roses.


This is a four tier cake with butter cream and freehand piping. There are fresh flowers in the middle of each tier and on the top.

This cake was is a three tier with a raspberry butter cream. With colored fondant roses cascading down the side and satin ribbon around each layer.
This is a cake I did for my friend Joy's wedding. I did on layer of chocolate cake, one layer of white cake and then the top two layers were swirled together to create a marble cake.
